Online Return & Refund Policy

We here at Not Ur Avg Chic Boutique has customer service has our #1 priority.  We hope you love our clothes as much as we do. However, we understand things happen.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) purchase due to size, color or you received  a damaged/defective item(s).   We will gladly exchange the unworn, unused items within 5 days of received date for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value or for an online store credit only, but you must notify us and ship the product within the 5 days the item is received date.  We do not honor refunds for exchanges.  Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges on all items.  If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item (a restocking fee of 20% will apply). A store credit for the original item will be issued depending on the postmarked date of the returned item (excludes Final Sale items).

 

Please note:  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging, free of cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant or makeup, pet hair, jewelry or ring snags and etc. If you return an item(s) with any of the mentioned non-acceptable conditions we will not issue a store credit and you will be responsible to contact us to pay to have the item shipped back to you.  Not Ur Avg Chic reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements. We hold unacceptable returns for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

 

ITEMS STAMPED FINAL SALE NO RETURN/EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SALE PROMOTIONS OR SALE ITEMS.  SWIMSUITS, BODYSUITS, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.

 

Final Sale means that items cannot be exchanged or refunded.  If you return a final sale item, we will not issue a store credit and you will be responsible to contact us and pay to have the item shipped back to you.  We hold unacceptable returns for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

 

Not Ur Avg Chic reserves the right to limit the number of returns/exchanges.

Once your item has been shipped and processed, we do not accept returns.

 

Refunds

No cash or credit refunds, store credits only, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We then will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and if applicable, a store credit will be issued in the form of an online store credit sent via email.   Please allow up to 72 hours for processing.

When returning any item, Not Ur Avg Chic will provide a store credits.  Store Credits never expire, but please be sure to save your email that contains the store credit number/code as Not Ur Avg Chic will not replace store credit if it's misplaced or lost.

 

How to Make a Return

Before making a return please read our policy above to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.

Include your slip that arrived in your package in with your return. If you do not have the slip that came with your order, please write the name you placed the order under on a slip of paper and include that in with your return.

We send all packages via USPS and we only accept items back to us using USPS.

Please allow up to 72 business hours from the date we receive the return for processing.

 

Shipping

You can only mail returns through USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is considered damaged or defective by our company.   All Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and will honor an exchange if the product is returned in the same condition it was received, see merchandise return condition terms in the Exchanges section. You will be honored one (1) exchange with free shipping from our office, anything after that will be at your own cost.

We do not cover exchanges for any items that are not due to damage/defective merchandise for more than 1 exchange.  Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer of Not Ur Avg Chic.

If you order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable we will not issue a refund.  Instead a store credit will be emailed to you.  Not Ur Avg Chic Boutique does not issue refunds.

Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.    Also, Not Ur Avg Chic is not responsible nor will we issue store credits or re-ship items that was successfully shipped to the correct address that are stolen or damaged after delivery.
